Please read these terms carefully before using GoWemy. They explain the basic conditions for using the platform and its currently available services.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the GoWemy website and features made available through it. GoWemy is a web application developed by Wemy Business Solutions. By using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
2. Services provided
GoWemy helps users discover accommodation and property listings in Ghana and may provide related features as they become available. The services, listings and features offered may change. Information about future or planned services is not a promise that those services are currently available.
3. Accounts and accurate information
You are responsible for providing accurate information when using the platform, protecting your sign-in credentials and notifying us if you suspect unauthorised account use. Do not impersonate another person, submit misleading information or use the platform unlawfully.
4. Property listings and verification
Listing details may be supplied by property owners, managers or other partners. Review the description, location, price, amenities, availability and applicable conditions before making a decision. GoWemy may conduct checks on eligible listings, but a verification status does not guarantee a property's condition, continued availability, legal title, suitability or the future conduct of a listing provider. Property owners and representatives must have authority to advertise their listings and must provide accurate information.
5. Booking requests and confirmations
Follow the booking steps and instructions displayed on the platform. A booking request is not, by itself, a confirmed reservation. A reservation is subject to availability, the applicable booking conditions and confirmation through the stated process. Check your booking details carefully and keep your booking reference and confirmation.
6. Payments, cancellations and refunds
Use only payment methods and instructions presented through the official platform. Available payment options may depend on service availability. Any cancellation, refund or payment adjustment is subject to the terms disclosed for the relevant booking, the applicable payment provider's process and applicable law. Contact GoWemy through the Contact page if you need assistance. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Property owners and partners
Owners and partners must have the right to offer each listing, provide truthful details, keep availability and pricing information current, and comply with applicable laws and their commitments to guests or customers. GoWemy may review, restrict, suspend or remove content or listings where reasonably necessary, including where information appears inaccurate or a listing does not meet platform requirements.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent information, infringe another person's rights or use the service for an unlawful purpose.
9. Third-party services and links
The platform may link to or rely on third-party websites and service providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. GoWemy does not control third-party services and cannot guarantee their availability or content.
10. Availability and limitations
We aim to keep GoWemy useful and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, GoWemy is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by third parties, events outside our reasonable control or interruptions to third-party services. These terms do not exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
11. Privacy
Your use of GoWemy is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information may be handled. Please review it before using account or booking features.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the platform develops. The updated version will be published on this page with its revised date. These terms are intended to operate subject to the laws of Ghana and any mandatory consumer protections or other legal requirements that apply to you.
